Refund policy

Items in the online shop may be returned for store credit or exchanged within a week of receipt.  No refunds will be issued. The work must be unused and in the same condition received. Please email jiaqiclay@gmail.com to arrange a return or exchange. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Insurance on return shipping is required. 

No returns are accepted for custom work or made-to-order work. All sales of seconds are final.

It is unlikely that pieces sent out will be damaged in shipping, but if you do receive damaged work, contact me within 2 days. Please document the condition of the box and the packaging, so that I may use it for the insurance claim. I take great care in packing and shipping.
